カリフォルニア州１０年生用歴史文化地理教科書１５章、「現代世界」４６９ページ９１３行から９１９行の記述について要望します。
１、「慰安婦は高給を得ていた売春婦であったこと」「米軍も慰安婦を利用した」ことを加筆してください。
米軍や連合軍は１９４２年から１９４５年の間、慰安婦についての多くの調査資料や証言記録を残しています。ＡＴＩＳ， ＳＥＡＴＥＣ， ＵＳＯＷＩといった機関が２７人の日本人捕虜、２０人の朝鮮人慰安婦（捕虜尋問調書４９号）、２人の慰安施設経営者等に対する尋問レポート、二つの調査報告書、機関誌に「日本軍の売春関係」を記録しています。それらには多かれ少なかれ、慰安婦は高給を得ていた売春婦であり、日本軍は衛生管理や兵士と慰安婦の健康と尊厳のためきびしく規則を設けていたことが説明されています。
他方、戦後ＧＨＱの要望もあり、Recreation and Amusement Association (RAA) )という名の下に、占領合軍用慰安婦施設が設けられました。このＲＡＡは日本政府が設立管理したもので、この点に関しては戦時中の日本軍用慰安婦施設とほぼ同じものでした。
２、次に９１３行から９３３行にある内容の記述順序について強い疑念と不快を表明します。
まず、なぜここに慰安婦問題がいきなり記述されているのでしょうか。
そして、なぜそのすぐ後に、広島・長崎への原爆投下、ユダヤ人ホロコーストが記述されているのでしょうか。
２都市に対する原爆投下、ユダヤ人ホロコーストは何人も否定できない人類に対する犯罪であり歴史的事実です。
こういった記述順によって、慰安婦問題はホロコーストに匹敵する犯罪であり、原爆投下を正当化するものであることを生徒に暗示しいるように思えてなりません。
教科書はプロパガンダではありません。

I wish mention the true history in the school textbook according the report of US Army and US government during the end of war.
Confort Women were available (it is acknowledged by Japanese government), however, they have been provided by private parties as their business and used by Japanese soldiers with payment as mentioned in the said report, therefore, it can’t call they as “Slave”. School text book should not be eroded by Propaganda came from perticular country.
慰安婦は、高給を得ていた売春婦であり、米軍も同じく慰安婦を利用していた歴史があります。

ありもしない事を教科書に掲載するのは、おかしい。教科書に掲載するのであれば、一方的な「嘘」ばかりを聞くのでなく、きちんと調べてから載せて欲しい。

Please, Don’t revise the history! It’s absolutely unfair and injustice without investigating facts and evidence!! It’s the biggest insult for the Japanese soldiers and Japan.
America also, of course, writes about your sex slave, “US army’s Korean comfort women” who were made to work at brothels called as “RECREATION CENTER” in Korea? Japanese ministry also has the official records of Japanese raped victims by the US soldiers in each prefecture. It is said that the victims numbered over 10.000 in OKINAWA alone.
