カリフォルニア州１０年生用歴史文化地理教科書１５章、「現代世界」４６９ページ９１３行から９１９行の記述について要望します。
１、「慰安婦は高給を得ていた売春婦であったこと」「米軍も慰安婦を利用した」ことを加筆してください。
米軍や連合軍は１９４２年から１９４５年の間、慰安婦についての多くの調査資料や証言記録を残しています。ＡＴＩＳ， ＳＥＡＴＥＣ， ＵＳＯＷＩといった機関が２７人の日本人捕虜、２０人の朝鮮人慰安婦（捕虜尋問調書４９号）、２人の慰安施設経営者等に対する尋問レポート、二つの調査報告書、機関誌に「日本軍の売春関係」を記録しています。それらには多かれ少なかれ、慰安婦は高給を得ていた売春婦であり、日本軍は衛生管理や兵士と慰安婦の健康と尊厳のためきびしく規則を設けていたことが説明されています。
他方、戦後ＧＨＱの要望もあり、Recreation and Amusement Association (RAA) )という名の下に、占領合軍用慰安婦施設が設けられました。このＲＡＡは日本政府が設立管理したもので、この点に関しては戦時中の日本軍用慰安婦施設とほぼ同じものでした。
２、次に９１３行から９３３行にある内容の記述順序について強い疑念と不快を表明します。
まず、なぜここに慰安婦問題がいきなり記述されているのでしょうか。
そして、なぜそのすぐ後に、広島・長崎への原爆投下、ユダヤ人ホロコーストが記述されているのでしょうか。
２都市に対する原爆投下、ユダヤ人ホロコーストは何人も否定できない人類に対する犯罪であり歴史的事実です。
こういった記述順によって、慰安婦問題はホロコーストに匹敵する犯罪であり、原爆投下を正当化するものであることを生徒に暗示しいるように思えてなりません。
教科書はプロパガンダではありません。

Korean comfort women were just a whore.
They were sold to private contractors by their own parents.
There are a lot of articles of Asahi newspaper published in 1940s.
They tell that many vicious private contractors were cracked down by Japanese government and that they were Koreans.
