カリフォルニア州１０年生用歴史文化地理教科書１５章、「現代世界」４６９ページ９１３行から９１９行の記述について要望します。
１、「慰安婦は高給を得ていた売春婦であったこと」「米軍も慰安婦を利用した」ことを加筆してください。
米軍や連合軍は１９４２年から１９４５年の間、慰安婦についての多くの調査資料や証言記録を残しています。ＡＴＩＳ， ＳＥＡＴＥＣ， ＵＳＯＷＩといった機関が２７人の日本人捕虜、２０人の朝鮮人慰安婦（捕虜尋問調書４９号）、２人の慰安施設経営者等に対する尋問レポート、二つの調査報告書、機関誌に「日本軍の売春関係」を記録しています。それらには多かれ少なかれ、慰安婦は高給を得ていた売春婦であり、日本軍は衛生管理や兵士と慰安婦の健康と尊厳のためきびしく規則を設けていたことが説明されています。
他方、戦後ＧＨＱの要望もあり、Recreation and Amusement Association (RAA) )という名の下に、占領合軍用慰安婦施設が設けられました。このＲＡＡは日本政府が設立管理したもので、この点に関しては戦時中の日本軍用慰安婦施設とほぼ同じものでした。
２、次に９１３行から９３３行にある内容の記述順序について強い疑念と不快を表明します。
まず、なぜここに慰安婦問題がいきなり記述されているのでしょうか。
そして、なぜそのすぐ後に、広島・長崎への原爆投下、ユダヤ人ホロコーストが記述されているのでしょうか。
２都市に対する原爆投下、ユダヤ人ホロコーストは何人も否定できない人類に対する犯罪であり歴史的事実です。
こういった記述順によって、慰安婦問題はホロコーストに匹敵する犯罪であり、原爆投下を正当化するものであることを生徒に暗示しいるように思えてなりません。
教科書はプロパガンダではありません。

日本軍の慰安婦に対する真実を語ってください。
No forcible recruitment was done by Japanese government or Military. But some of the Korean private broker deceived women according to the many news articles at that time.
日本の政府または軍による強制はありませんでした。しかし、韓国の人材ブローカーが女性達を欺したことを報じる当時の新聞記事はたくさんあります。
Comfort women stories in which Koreans are claiming about the Japanese wrong doing is exactly what Korean did during Vietnam war.
慰安婦問題において、韓国側が主張する日本軍の非道さに関しては、正にベトナム戦争時に韓国軍が行ったことなのです。
The most of the comfort women stories and its synopses which they created were absolutely not in the common sense among Japanese but which are in Korean common sense.
彼等が創ったほとんどの慰安婦物語やその筋書きは、日本人の常識では全く考えられないが、韓国人には考えることが出来る内容だからです。
There wasn’t even one person who witnessed any type of abduction within their family but there are a lot of women who claims that they were abducted. Who is telling lie?
女性達が誘拐されたという家族の証言や目撃はただの一件もありませんが、女性達は誘拐されたと主張しています。 誰が嘘を言ってるのでしょうね？

If your grandfathers were accused by sake of lying.
Many Japanese respect our grandfathes having belonged to the old Japanese army.
Because they sacrified themthelves to defend our nation.
I believe that it must be the same thing to many Americans.
That is , you will respect your grandfathers and your nation’s army.
We think a lot of Americans believe the propaganda that the old Japanese army were inhumanity and tyrany, and you believe our grandfathers raped many Koreans.
But that is not right.
